Taunton Women’s Refuge is a safe haven for women with or without children who have suffered domestic violence by someone with whom they have had an intimate relationship.

Taunton Women’s Refuge is a registered charity (No.273441)  based in south west England. Referrals are accepted from the Local Authority, including the Housing Department, the Police, Social Services and other agencies and refuges. Women may also refer themselves.

The service has an Equal Opportunities Policy whereby no-one receives less favourable treatment than another on the grounds of race, colour, culture, ethnic origin, religious or political beliefs, sexual orientation, marital status, age or disability.

Taunton Women's Refuge is a member of Women's Aid Federation of England.
